Boy scout, 1937 wj world jamboree patch yellow bar sub camp. Last world jamboree prior to ww ii. Held ni holland, netherlands. Each sub camp. Had a different color bar on top of hte patch while the staff patch had no color. Bar. The yellow sub camp was international and we think some american scout. Troops stayed in this camp but are not sure. American troops traveling to europe. For this jamboree met first at the national jamboree in washington d.
