Went out of business ni the detroit area. The ofundry produced parts. For chrysler and now the work is done overseas. This is one of the most elegant and highest qualtiy masonic door. Knockers ever produced. The striker is a hand holding a gavel. Entertwined with the letter g. The back. Plate si a square and compass. The door knocker almost has a black. Forest look to it.
It is made of brass and measures 6 1/8h x 5 1/2w. And weighs 1 1/2 lbs! The doorknocker comse with screws and can. eB mounted on a door within minutes. Quality masonic door hardware has become very collectible over the last few years and this door knocker will increase in value.
